We specialize in investing in and operating small businesses. We are looking for businesses with a strong reputation and commitment to creating value for all stakeholders. We pride ourselves on our transparency, honesty, and respect for the accomplishments of our small business partners. We're based in Plymouth, MA and are focused on businesses operating nearby, or that are fully remote.

Criteria

We're looking for established businesses with between $1,000,000-$2,000,000 in annual EBIDTA. We are focused on businesses that create and keep most of their value in the US - we want to find businesses that are investing in the future of our country. We consider smaller businesses based on their durability and growth potential.
